Lisa, I appreciate that you have posted this letter, but I also note that it is already two years old. The email I received from ConAgra is only two days old and implies that they can hide barley ingredients because barley is not a "top 8 allergen". I have been on a gluten-free diet for the last five weeks. I'm still learning too many things the hard way. Last Friday, my DH did the grocery shopping and brought home a Healthy Choice Cajun Style Chicken and Shrimp dinner because he thought it might be safe for me.
