  1. Mine is not the normal situation, After not being able to get in straight away in one area to see the specialist I went into another area and got to see the Endo guy after I saw the Ent person. I had the scope and dilatation the next week and the results of the biopsie a week later and going in this week to have another dilatation. I wasn't even expecting...
  2. Hello Peggy and all Hello to others also from Australia. I got excited I found bread too, and I am near Brisbane a couple of hours away. Isn't that wonderful. I found mine at Woolworths in Lismore, but I am sure that u may be able to go to other Woolworths as well, to give it a try. Will keep also that bread in mind. The bread I found was Gluten...
  3. From what u have written here, this test result says u don't have it. But also have read that people ended up finding out they were even though they had a negative test. Gastro people do endos, but at least they can see what is going on inside of u. I got my diagnosis, still not sure if it is the Celiac Gluten Intolerance yet, or the Non heritary kind...
  4. Firstly I want to say to u, I am so sorry u have been through that. And know that rush to the ER, been to our hospital more times in these past few months, than I have been in years. They don't mind me having to go continually because they know what I am living with is difficult. What I have just read and learnt, that once u start a gluten-free diet...

Colic is the name given to the sharp, intermittent abdominal pains suffered by 20-25% of babies. gastrocolic reflex (gas-troh-kol-ik) n. a wave of peristalsis produced in the colon by introducing food into a fasting stomach. In young infants and children, some problems may be...
  8. Thanks Mushroom, I am also going to be looking into grass feeding. My son and I are looking at getting chickens we have a huge yard, but would need to have a coop and then make an area just for them and we would need to feel better, but we are going to wait until we do our allergy tests, incase I have an intolerance to egg protein. W But I also am looking...
  9. My son also turns 18 in a couple of weeks too. And he also has had a medical journey etc...and it is likely the problems u have were because of the Celiac's because it can cause damage to the stomach and bowels, but I am just a newbie to learning about Celiac. My son has just learnt and being prepared that he may too have a gluten intolerance along with a...
  10. No I am not saying that at all. What I am saying is I don't have a handle on it, because I have other medical problems along with it. Like Dysphagia, its dreadful and I can't eat majority of anything at present, so I can't get a handle on the diet, because I can not have majority of the diet nor any other diet. I also am suspecting a multiple protein intolerance...
  11. Hello I found our answer and I thought there was a problem with chicken and eggs. I found also this quote in a gluten and dairy free brochure for people with autism spectrum disorders, "Avoid grain-fed and milk-fed meat/ chicken/eggs" here is the brochure from freedom foods Open Original Shared Link When all that mad cow disease came out...
  12. Hello Sandsurfgirl, I wasn't talking about fries and we don't have a deep fryer. I was talking about the breakfast menu, I bought him some hash browns and he can use leg ham instead of bacon. He likes his bacon and egg deluxe breakie roll, and hash browns with orange juice, he also likes the deluxe chicken burger, so that can be made at home too etc.....
  13. Hope he does for u too. For my experience I went to an ENT first to make sure there was no obstruction in my throat and the Ent said everything was fine along with the tests, but the Gastro guy, told me I had dysphagia, along with the endo and dilatation they did the biopsy, and told me he would take a good look at my throat and everything. He then said,...

  15. Hello All, I have a question if Chickens eat grains, then wouldn't that grain affect eggs and their meat, wouldn't what they consume go through them? Wouldn't the gluten go through to their eggs and be in their meat? Peace 4 1
