I suffer from repeated bouts of Shingles...pain can be excruciating and ITCY either the itch comes with the onset, but can be crazy after the rash blooms and then begins to heal. After I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, I also discoverd that I was severely Lactose Intolerant. I continued to be sick.. .for almost three years.
