I agree with a lot of people saying celiac has been a blessing in disguise...(if you don't have long, read the last two paragraphs if nothing else!!!!) To me it means that yeah-i do have to be incredibly careful what i eat-but so many more positive things that outweigh that to no end! -I was never crazy as a kid when I woke up feeling awful and my parents...
