  1. I had some brain fog from it, that's about all. It still has 15 chains of barley left in it, but no wheat. It's probably okay in moderation. I drink it on specail occasions, since beer is my favorite bev of all time. anyone find a distributor for Bard pale ail. Tehy won't ship direct.

  7. Are there any whiskeys and bourbons that don't have the mash added back in? I only know that Crown Royal has nothing add after distlled it is good, but very expensive.
  8. yes you have to be have it in your system to get proper diag. Also make sure they run the tTG test that mayo clinic recommends.

Lunch with co wrokers, I really struggled with that, at first I went out anyway and found that by the time I explain my allergy and wait for special food, my lunch break was over before the speical food was prepared. Then I think that when co worker see your not going to comprimise your health, they understand why your sitting at your desk eating lunch...

  13. I think it depends on your bond density scan, I need to take 7 calcuim a day to try to get my bone back in shape and I'm only 43. I have to spread them out to absorb them.
  14. don't forget thing that have gluten in them that are hiden stamps, envelopes, lotions, blowing up balloon, ruby red grapefruit juice, hiden under artifical flavor. Hope you recover soon and just introduce a few things at once to figure it out.

  16. I wonder if Amstel could give up a ppm number. I drank about a case in 1/2 over my 10 day vacation, but who knows if it is damaging. I alos an eating my Corn Pop stash that does not have Wheat listed on the label.

  22. The Rampa Vally taste like cider and beer mixes and 60.00 a case when I purchases May 1 2004. Which didn't make since, says in april it was 45.00 with shipping. I've been drinking both the Amstel and the Rampa valley. There really no comparision the amstel wins every time. Now that I've read more info on the Amstel I think I will drink it solely...
  23. you sound, as well as your relative to be a Celiac, I would go get the Tgg blood test run to be sure. I think this test is common, ask your doctor. no insist you have it done.
  24. I think it has alot to do with it. I had not slept through the night in years till I went totally gluten free. Amstel light is gluten free per company. Their letter is posted on the sight. It still has a little malt though, but less the any other beer.
