major night and day change with pms monster (mood) is gone gone gone!!! even though it was a two day thing turned into 7 or more, is is worht not having mood problem or depression the day before anymore gluten-free for 1 year

I would love a list of thpse place in New Oreans. I was there last week and a few place they had nothing for me. Margaritta ville made me a plane salmon and sweet potatoes. Brennan was wonderful, had the Gumbo or Jumilia, not sure but it had shrimp and ocre in it. Brennas is nice but costly I did eat oyster alot raw carried my own cocktail sauce, again... -
It's a shame that we can't contact him and let him know to be tested. He looks like a candidate for celiac sprue to me.

I drink the Amstel light and Heniken. It has rye 10 amino acid chain, instead of the originial 150 that would be in it before brewing. It seem fine to me, but I trying it for a year and then doing another bone scan. It my bone scan show improvement, I will continue to drink. I can live with gluten free but NO BEER, it so much to ask. Lots of comment... -

Irritbility goes away in about 3 months after gluten-free. I was irritated over noises, car pulling up to me at lights, etc Not normal irritation to say the least. YOur husband is going to be so happy in 90 days. My husband can't beleive the difference in me, esp during PMS which has pretty much disappeared. -

jUST HAd my mom tested through backupmd through the web. they send you a kit to check for the antibodies. My mom tested negative. She is very thin and under 100 lbs, but she has always been that way. she is 74 and in pretty good health. I have been diagnosed for 1 year. Modified food starch could be any starch. Fritos are starch is from corn, but never assume this with other vendors. -

Yes I use the palm solely for my gluten-free list. I made about 15 files a-b ingedient fast food sauces snack v-z etc place into a word or notepad file and hot sync it's prettiy great for travel Zire palm is about $ 79 buck

Just remember that going gluten free is easy after first few months. It''s rather like quiting smoking or going to another country and not knowing the language. Don't eat anything processed without contacting the manfacture and watch out for glue, soap, envelopes, gum, shampoo near mouth. HOpe you fell better soon, I feel great after 10 month gluten...

I can't imagine eating a rice cake, guess that's why I have gained 27 lb in 10 month and am now weigh 142. I'm short, so I need to put the breaks on. Eggs are a great suggestion thanks. I still drink the amstel , but supplement with the following ciders: Cider Jack and Woodchuck, that way when you hand everyone a beer, you have somehting in a bottle as well. Dark and dry by Woodchuck and Cider Jack is the best!! -

the only thing I have found that semi replaces beer is Woodchuch amber cider, it about the same alcohol content and calories and you don't have to mix anything. gluten-free for 10 months. I do drink the Amstel lights, as if they were food they would fall below the gluten free threshold in europe. -
