    Dining out is usually a problem, mostly with seafood and such because of the butter. I know there are list out there, but so many marg-butter are left off the list. Has anyone found that there butter or Margerine contained gluten. I'm thinking they may all be gluten free.

    going on a 10 day KOa CAMPING CABIN EXCURSION to CO this summer will be flying in without cook stuff, any sugeesiotn on the logistics of this. Maybe a need a small camp kit??     my eyes only feel like that within 2 hours of having had gluten. It is the only way I know that I've ingested something I should not have. I would go over everything again and Check your not getting some in any form, such as stamps, toasters, or other hidden sources.

    Shar b Sound like we are just alike symptop wise. gluten-free free for 9 weeks my iron count was coming up to almost 12 so my dcotor took me off iron to get my calcuim up.     I save alot of time making multiple batches corn bread and gluten-free bread mixes for the bread machine this way you only have to clean up flour and mess once instead of 20 times. leave the yeast and wet ingredients out till your ready to cook down the road.

    noy myself, but another celiac that I talked to once said she had to do this every 3 months. From the sound of our conversation she cheats on her diet on a regular basis.
