  1. I just called mccormick and they said that they do list the gluten on the label, however they do clean the conveyer area but if you are sensitive to cross contamination (thus celiac) she said they recommend not using it. Just wanted to pass this along.
  2. My child started to get sick about a 3 months b4 she turned 2. It was diarrhea, horrible bouts, got so bad some were pure liqued. It started mildly but went to 12 times or more a day. She did vomit a little but not like the diaper stuff. She also went from 98% in weight to 4.8% from Sept to Dec, when we finally got her diagnosed.
  3. My daughter was diagnosed with Celiac on Dec 23, 2009, she was so sensitive that we were told to remove all gluten from the home. She was having up to 12 bouts a day b4 she was diagnosed and was so very sick. We even had a problem with old toys we brought out for our new baby, we had to clean them all (she had gotten sick about 6 months later and we realized...
  4. My child was diagnosed in December (two days b4 my son was born, what a hectic time). She is thriving on the gluten-free diet, but is very picky like any two year old (thank GOD she loves fruit and veggies but meat/chicken is just not a fav yet). Are there any recipe books or a web site anyone can recommend for her? I have done well, but feel like I make...
