  1. ok thanks for the responses.... I did notice on McDonalds website that the oil does have wheat protein in it so how are their fries safe? I haven't had them since I read that and would love to get them given they have a dedicated fryer and the oil is safe.
  2. Hey I was wondering...the dietitian I spoke with when I first found out I had Celaic, which was about 5 months ago, said I could have french fries anywhere. As I was reading on each of their websites ( Burger King, McDonald's, Wendy's ) it says they are fried with chicken tenders or chicken nuggets. So does that mean we can't have them?
  3. Wow, I appreciate all the replies and honestly I really didn't think about cross contamination on the fruit and corn chips. I was worried about the dip! Well I am still learning. Thanks again for the help everyone!

We have a gas grill (but don't obviously toast any bread now) but my husband cooks...
  6. Hi, I am a new member here and newly diagnosed. One month now.. My question is - can I assume just by looking at some foods are gluten free? For instance, I attended an event a few days ago that had a buffet. Of course I ate some fruit and corn chips but they had a dip with corn, black beans and salsa. It looked gluten free so I ate it. I might should...
