  1. I have to go on these types of trips about 3 times a year. I think you should call and speak to the chef directly. It has worked out well for me every time except for one. I always tell them that I can have simple things like a salad with chicken on top, plain baked potato etc. I explain that I need things prepared in a clean pan etc. and that I don't eat...
  2. I ate there this summer. I am gluten free and dairy free. When I asked for something dairy free, they told me the chicken was marinated in buttermilk. They had some that hadn't been marinated yet, so they fixed that for me. I wanted the green beans, but they had dairy also, so I had a salad with oil and vinegar. It all turned out ok, but it wasn't anything...
  3. Hi, I'm new here. I've been reading for a couple of years. This site has been a life saver! My nephew had the same thing. He has Crohn's.
