Hi Angie! My 18 year`old daughter was just diagnosed and used to live on pasta. I tried about five brands before I found one she would eat. It is Bi-Aglut, imported from Italy and she likes it. I called Burker King Corporate and asked about the "Bunless Burger" and was assured it was gluten-free. I also suggested they update their allergy list from wheat to gluten-free and they said they were already working on it. The fries should be ok too but check if it a dedicated fryer. Kathy -

Sarah - We live in Springfield, Delaware County. My daughter just found out another student at her school has Celiac disease and the nurse is going to set up a meeting. Sarah, Thanks for you reply. The doctor did not go into detail about the biopsy but did say she could have missed it if it was patchy. The doctor is from Children's Hospital of Phila. and seems very knowledgable about the subject. I will discuss the genetic testing with the doctor. My daughter has been suffering with many symptoms for 18 months, lost 20 lbs, lots of hair and muscle tone. I'm new to all this as my 17 year old daughter was diagnosed on 12/23. I just keep a clean kitchen, use the full dishwasher cycle and did get a separate toaster. She has her own butter, peanut butter and jelly since these get easily contaminated but when cooking I'm just careful with the utensils and cooking surfaces. I can't imagine microscopic flour particles...
