Thank you for this posting. I suspected that I might have celiacs and couldn't get in to see a doctor for several months, so I went ahead and tried the diet. Foot pain that had bothered me for two years improved within 5 days. However, 3 weeks into the diet, I accidentally ingested wheat and had an anaphylactic reaction...couldn't breathe and swollen throat...
