  1. I would second the Omega 3. It has helped many I know. But you need a kind that actually tells the individual amount of DHA and EPA not the combined amount. I can't remember which number is more important EPA or DHA for ADHD. It may be neccessary to take very high doses and wean down to 2-3 tabs a day. My hubby even skips days and is okay, but obviously better...
  2. anyone know of ANY gluten-free shampoo's, conditioners, and lotions you could buy at WalMart? It's all I got close to me and it is even 25 mins away.
  3. I do not have DH but I have had bad reactions to bites, etc. in the past which have caused burning and itching and the best thing for me was Plantain leaves. It's a weed that grows easily where we live - not the bananas. I crush the leaves with my teeth, but do not get my saliva on them as I want the medicine on my body, not my mouth.   4. I tried to reduce the batch size to make just 1-2 biscuits but that is definitely a no-no. I am gun shy to even attempt the regular way. I just eyeballed the ingredients and it did not taste eggy but was hard, dry, and powdery. I have had some gluten-free items but this was WAY underwhelming. I too ate mine with some butter and honey.
