Yes, our Support is up and going in Lexington. We are the GFLA - CDF (Gluten Free in the Lexington Area - a Celiac Disease Foundation Connections group. We meet monthly at Good Foods in Lexington on 3rd Thursday evenings at 7 pm. I have had 6 of my family members tested. One was negative in all 4 tests, but carries 2 gluten sensitive genes. One only has 1 gs gene but has many problems and was positive. The others all have either 2 gs genes or a celiac disease gene and a gs gene. So all have gone Gluten-free Casein-free and are improving greatly. There definitely ARE Enterolab tests... -

I will take some information blanks there tomorrow requesting name, phone, email, etc. and I will form a data base with the others I already know in the Lexington and Georgetown area. Maureen - I have been gluten-free since Feb. and have learned so so much from reading other people's posts. (I often just want to read all day long to learn more.) Since April, I have become reactive to lactose/casein, and now, most likely caffeine. It makes me have "holes" in my brain power. I can't focus on tasks, organize things, do numbers of any kind... -

I too have had wonderful success at Enterolab. I myself was diagnosed in Jan. 05 at Mayo Clinic - total villous atrophy. I just got both of my daughters tested by Dr. Fine and the gene test showed one had 2 GS genes and the other had one celiac and one GS. They both have issues with several problems - including seizures, arthritis, IBS, Sjogren's, night terrors...
