  1. Hi Everyone, Can you tell me if DH can show up mildly inbetween fingers or on the feet? My son gets teeny tiny bumps (can barely see them) clear liquid in them and itch like mad! They come and go, do not spread and do not become huge. Can someone have DH outbreaks only once in awhile, or is it continous? My dad has them so terrible his legs are...
  2. wow, sounds like we are all going through the same thing. Trial and error... I am truly wiped out from having to figure it out. Has been going on for months... Now, we are just dairy free...will see how that goes and then onto the next! With me it has been YEARS..many years. With my 8 year old, it is allergies/ear problems, hard time concentrating...
  3. Thx, makes so much sense! It's better to eat whole, nutritious foods than all the flour, sugar, processed anyway ;-)
  4. How did you find out you were allergic to corn? Did you do an allergy panel?
  5. Shauna, Wow! you sound like me :-) TY so much for sharing....I don't feel so alone LOL. However, I will be pissed if I am diagnosed and these do-do dr's never caught it. If it isn't this, it will leave me in the endless maze trying to figure it out :-( SO AMAZED you are feeling better!!!!!!! yay!!!!!! Maybe 2011 is my year for healing. woot woot!
  6. Trying to figure this all out

  7. Thanks everyone for your responses :-) I am a newbie on the forum, in the process of diagnosis... I have had chronic fatigue, horrible intestinal pain, bloating, fibromyalgia, brain fog, high bilirubin tests and ulcers... I am getting the at home test biocard this week. will also order another gene test. My uncle tested positive at 75, and my Dad has...
  8. Hi everyone, I was wondering how many parents and kids BOTH have celiac? The literature I have read said that there is only 10% or less chance if a parent has celiac/then a child will have it. Do think the percentage is really higher? I am seeing quite a few families all diagnosed with it. What is your experience with this? Also, if you the parent...
  9. Quincy, So sorry to heart that! Just when you think your safe...something cloaked. I am still trying to discover what is making me so ill. ordering my biocard this week :-) At least that will eliminate one thing, so i can figure out the rest. 20 something years of feeling terrible! Should probably do the pill cam too.
  10. Shauna, Thanks for your response..It's helping me figure this all out. I noticed in your post, it said that you were 21 years undiagnosed. What were your symptoms for 21 years? how were you diagnosed?
  11. Wow! So there is a major reaction...I guess in one way, that is good your body detects it..However hard on you! Can other people get away with small bits with no reaction? Also, are there people on this board that react without diarrhea,etc....? I am getting my biocard test done next week...finally!
  12. Hi All, I was just wondering what your reaction is micro amounts of gluten. For instance a piece of non gluten food that has touched a glutened food. Or a cutting board, that has had bread sitting on it? I have read that people go to these extremes, and I am still learning. Do you really feel a huge reaction to such tiny amounts? For instance, a...
  13. Thanks all..look forward to chatting with you :-) I am ordering biocard this week, so will let you know. In my mind I am 85% sure i have it. My father has all the symptoms, with dermatitis ALL over his legs. His test showed activity/as far as we can read the crazy test. My uncle just found out he has it at 75. I have had horrible fatigue, muscle pain...
  14. My heart goes out to you! I am new to this forum with Fibro/undiagnosed celiac.. however testing foods. I get so SICK of rotating foods, trying this..not that..bending over in pain... exhaustion... etc...Now, I am trying to do rotation diet for my son with milk. All i can say is..."AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!" I am with you!!!...
  15. Whatever the situation may be...can you smuggle in some rice, tuna, etc?? :-)
  16. I'm new here and still not officially diagnosed- However, when i tried to omit gluten, i realized that there were a lot of gluten free processed foods. So, if someone is not eating 80% whole foods (fruits, veggies, nuts, etc...) and replaces with Gluten free processed..they can still have problems with nutrition. It is still processed either way and lacking...
