  1. a friend of mine told me that her son's orthodontist told her...toothpaste has SLS - sodium lauryl sulfate in it. The ortho said that some people get ulcers or sores in their mouths because from the SLS. So switch to a toothpaste that doesn't have SLS in it and see if that helps.

  6. I share your pain. I did a food trial with my 3 yr old son and found that gluten was the cause for his eczema or at least a huge contributor. I put him on a gluten-free diet and not only did his eczema cleared up, but he stopped having night terrors, was no longer crying and whinny all the time - he was actually quiet a sweety pie with a great personality...

  8. Add more fiber to her diet. I've had the same exp w/my two children ages 3 & 1. I added fresh fruit daily eg. a whole pear or an entire apple. I found that pears are best but they also have more sugar than apples. I also buy the Gerber garden vegetables (baby food) and their large jar of pear sauce. I mix the garden veggies in with the pear sauce...
