I didn't want to wait but I did wait until a week after they did the blood work. The blood work in my case was so high off the chart that they told me not to wait, just go on the diet. I was so relieved! It's only been a few days and I also feel incredibly better. I wasn't as physically ill as you, from the sound of things, but I had terrible brain... -
Thanks everyone. It's noce to read about all the different expeirences. I am on day 5 of being gluten free and my digestion is so much better. I *think* I am sleeping a bit better and also i am not waking up with this cloud of black depression over my head (which felt like a physical pain, like my brain was affected). I've been gluten free for two days and I feel like my IQ went up 50 points. I was watching Fringe and I realised I don't remember most of the last season. Also, my missing sex drive has reappeared.
