    I've been having stomach issues for a while now. Recently one has been catching my eye. I get these tiny red pieces, maybe about the size of a grain of pepper.     I'm a persistant wiper. Just spend alot on TP weekly. I make sure I'm clean though. I just wanted to know if this is common.

    Not only do i get every type of shape possible, but my BM's are extremely messy 90% of the time. I end up using half a roll of toilet paper to clean up. Anyone else run into this issue. My D is usually intermitent. Stools are always odd shaped and seem to leave a mess behind and sometimes in the bowl.

    Well, I pretty much am self diagnosed. As all the tests and scopes I had through out the years show nothing. Hopefully, if I stick with this i will see a difference.

    My noises are at there worst at night and in the morning. Drives me nuts, sounds like I have a waterfall and/or a thunderstorm going on inside my stomach. LOL.     Yep, so like a moron I decided to eat out for lunch and dinner yesterday. Got a salad for lunch which seemed harmless except for some processed turkey lunch meat, which I could have sworn was advertised as Boar's head.     I keep posting in here guys, because I do not have a diagnosis. But I do have a question. From the time I was born all the way up to about 18 I would get canker sores weekly. Painful one.     Well, I was scoped about six years ago.Had numerous blood tests, xrays and ultrasounds. Recent bloodwork just showed hypothyroid. Doc said IBS and increase your fiber.     My cramps are usually from my belly button down. I get more like a constant mild ache or fullness below my left rib cage.

    So where does everyone get pain. My pains are located more on my left abdomen, center by my belly button, and range on my back from the top of my butt too right below my should blades. I also get some pain were my hip meets my pelvis.

    Anyone ever run into thinner shaped stools or flat stools? I know i've asked this before but i think it was in the wrong sections. I get normal stools sometimes, but i usually wind up having ribbony, flat stools, D or C. Doc says IBS, but i'm not willing to take that diagnosis without trying other stuff first.     Thanks for the recomendation! Killer about this whole deal is i've been using the same lipbalm for years, and it works well, but recently it stopped working and wound up making my lips dry and cracking. This ever happen to anyone?

    Out of curiousity you would know who makes Gluten Free Lip Balms. I've been using the ones with wheat germ not realizing it and they have been drying my lips out (i think).

    I've only been doing the ones that are vegan, gluten, soy and dairy free. Ex. Blue Machin, Might Mango, Mango Orange. I was in love with the Green Machine but it contains wheat and barley grass so that ends that. lol. I do juice my own juices as well. too. Love my bullet express!

    Haha. No I'm reporting from the day before. I figured it at roughly 32 grams of fiber. The effects carried over to the next day. 32 grams is a little much I would think for someone who probably ate about less than 10 grams daily for his whole life.
