  4. I used to just bring my own food to parties or any gathering, people use those that have celiac a way to exclude you. As we are different but that does not mean we can't stick up for ourselves, I once went to a party with gluten free food, and everyone loved it. It is not there fault they are not educated about celiac but I have found it is sometimes easier...
  5. It took me a long time to properly get diagnose with celiac and gluten clearly took a toll on my body, went from a size eight to a zero. Does anyone know of high calorie energy bars that are gluten free with low sugar. I am eating larabars now but need more calories as I am a subcontractor and am travelling and eating in my car often.
