I know not everyone gets a Epi pen but due to the nature of mine I have to have one in case a reaction starts in my airway,but when I'm itching or burning or getting edema or all three I just use Benadryl Allergy Liqui Gels no matter how careful you are your going to be exposed to gluten and wheat and dairy I refuse to suffer I have a severe intolerance...

I would ask your Doctor to run some Liver tests while your at it,I assume they ran a kidney test with the blood in the urine,if your still itching then try some Benedryl Allergy Liquid Gels. always keep these on me as I have severe reactions to even a minor amount of Gluten. Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride is the same compound that hospitals give to patients...
