    I am following up on this thread. Can anyone else report their experiences at Bandana's BBQ? My wife loves BBQ and admitedly, I can't cook the stuff nearly as good as these restaurants. I was planning on taking here there this weekend. She really enjoys finding a new place we can eat out at.

    My wife has been gluten free starting this year. She absolutely loved PF Changs in KC. she got the chicken fried rice and had no problems after. The manager was so nice and went out of his way to make her a "fruity" alcoholic drink because she didn't want the gluten free beer that night. We will definitely look for a PF Changs any time we go somewhere...

    My wife can't eat gluten and we find it a constant struggle when we want to go out with friends. It almost feels like it is more trouble then it is worth sometimes.     Thanks for the feedback everyone! This really helps me get a better grasp on how to use Pamela's products to in family recipes. I'm feeling better about cooking and baking gluten free now.

    Cereal can be your best friend! My wife has to be gluten free so I keep her stocked on chex cereal(rice, corn, honey nut) and post brand fruity pebbles. If i'm not home to cook, she will just eat cereal. You can also eat the cocoa pebbles too. Also you can still eat grilled chicken(kraft bbq sauce is safe) and vegetables. We cook a lot of rice. ...

    We went gluten free this year. We have been using only 2 mixes for all of our needs: Pamela's Baking/Pancake Mix: Used for about 3 months to make banana bread, cookies, pancakes, chicken breading, and brownies.     Banana Bread - I use the Pamela's Baking & Pancake mix. It comes out extremely moist and keeps for a long time. I noticed the baking time on her recipe is a little long.     I wanted to get some oppinions on the different Gluten Free Pizza crust mixes. I know of a few but would like some input from others that may have already ventured this way.
