  1. Food processor works as well!
  2. Chipotle has many gluten free options for fast food. They list on their site what is gluten-free; if I remember correctly all the burrito bowls are ok.
  3. What is the name of the cookbook that offers dairy substitutions?
  4. I've seen a few sites that offer discounts on bread and cereals if you order online. I think it's a little inconvenient, but since the price and selection are better I'm thinking about giving it a shot. Anyone had a good/bad experience buying products online?
  5. Thanks! This directory is just what I've been looking for. I find that a lot of the big recipe sites have little to offer when searching for "gluten free____"
  6. Have any of you tried the apps that recommend substitutions for gluten free cooking and baking? Wondering if they were accurate/useful.
  7. Thanks for the tips! I've found some great recipes on these blogs that I can't wait to try!
  8. Do you typically use search engines, food blogs, or do you have sites you go to? I am new to Gluten-Free and was wondering if others typically searched for gluten free recipes specifically or not.
  9. I am an avid cookbook reader/collector and was recently diagnosed gluten and dairy intolerant. I am really disappointed with the limited selection and lack of variety in the gluten free cookbook market. I am still buying regular cookbooks because I can usually find substitutes for certain items, but the process is tedious. Am I alone in this frustration?
