  5. like what i cannot eat. I'm constantly thinking about baked goods and cupcakes.... OMG.. cupcakes. I want some cupcakes right now. ha ha. grocery shopping is crazy frustrating because it seems like there are 100 things i cannot have for every 1 i can... its making me sad.

  7. I saw they had a ton of gluten free options including chili, steaks, fish etc.. I ordered a filet steak (and per recommendations said to not use the grill shortening) and a salad and cup of chili. I also had a little bit of my husbands baked sweet potato. I feel so sick right now.. headache, foggy, etc. Grrrrr! Im thinking they did not listen and used...
  8. I'm a photographer and the some of the Penzey family members are clients of mine. One came in last week actually after seeing my facebook post about gluten free.. and brought me a huge basket of amazing spices... they said they love people with allergies because their spices are pure and natural and they pride themselves on super high quality and good...
  9. Oh.. i so need this too... i'm new to gluten-free... and have two small boys (7 & 10) While they are not picky eaters, I need to make sure they are happy with food too.

  11. okay.. just talked to MIL>.. she is irritating me and not seeming to take this seriously at all. I think she doesnt believe me. grrr they are cooking the meats ahead of time and bringing them in nesco roasters (brats, hot dogs, burgers) i guess i'll bring my own food.. so much for being inconspicuous... i didnt want to make a big production or have...

  14. I was diagnosed about a week ago.. and of course I have to go to a HUGE family reunion which in the past has always provided burgers, brats and hot dogs... and then everyone brings a side dish. I'm overwhelmed already trying to plan my own meals much less now trying to figure out what I could bring as a dish to pass that people will like and will taste...
