  3. No but my dogs had it awhile back and I'm the one who cleans up their fecal mess everday and may have come in contact with it

  6. OK, im having this next week....what to expect...how bad is it...i have been gluten free for a month...but doc said it would still show up.....will be eating gluten for the next week however
  7. just curious what to expect at gastro appt today. my general doctor did a celiac panel and gliadin came up elevated....he told me to go gluten free, so i have for the past month......any ideas what to expect? im hoping he can tell me some vitamins or enzymes which would possibly help.....thanks

  9. i had a celiac panel done by the GP.....it came back with an elevated gliadin antibody, nurse called said i had celiac disease and to go gluten free....so here i am
  10. the ones i ate are Natures Path, Organic, fruit juice sweetened corn flakes, gluten free
  11. gluten free for a month...symptoms..diarrhea, gas, bloating....better days, not better others....everything upsets my stomach....it has just really gotten me down today...actually have first Gastro dr. appt tomorow, maybe he can shed some light
  12. funny, well not really, but i just pigged out on organic fruit juice sweetened gluten free corn flakes....needless to say....stomach NOT happy
  13. been gluten free for a month....of course found a cereal i loved, ate alot of it, and diarrhea is back knew it was too good to be true ugh...and we continue....

  15. ok, i have been gluten free for exactly month....have been doing much better...still good and bad days....last night had a party, ate my normal stuff until i tried a chicken made with tequila and whatever else she put in....i didnt even swallow it, just put it up to my mouth.....also had red wine to drink....this morning, bad poop (sorry tmi) and awfully...
  16. yes, and the fact that i was so much better (main symptom was chronic diarrhea and nasty bowel movements), until yesterday, i ate a 10 oz bag of cashews and my tummy is not happy today thanks for all the great info this is just very frustrating for me
  17. my general doctor told me i had celiac disease and to go on a gluten free diet....that was a month ago....I have an appt with a gastro a week from today and very curious as to what he says......gluten free has helped alot, yet there are some days i feel like i am regressing....its like 3 steps forward and 2 steps back

  21. what is the difference or differences between gluten sensitivity and celiac disease?? how are they diagnosed?? thanks
  22. it was a 10 oz bag and i ate quite a bit....i figured it wasnt hurting while i was eating them....so i made a poor decision. On back of the bag it says, manufactured on equipment that processes peanut, other tree nuts.......maybe if i would have had a few, and not the entire bag thanks for all responses.....this is just so frustrating

  24. anyone else not able to eat them....i have been gluten free for a month....doing much better, stopped eating almonds, tried cashews, and now 2 steps once again.....ugh......so frustrating....however i did eat almost an entire bag yesterday
