The Little Aussie Bakery and Cafe in San Antonio, TX. I eat there all the time! I even had to live outside of Texas for about a year and was worried about getting some good food, but THEY SHIP!! I use EarthBalance Soy-free and so far I have been able to use it exactly like butter without any problems. It is pretty much my new favorite thing ever.
