  1. i feel your pain, i have a similar relationship with my family but things have gotten better. continue to focus on you and your health and happiness, and hopefully when she sees you she will see the difference. she will see health and energy coming back to you, and maybe she will realize that you are doing whats best. at least it may be a good opportunity...
  2. haha oh nooo... thats gunna be a toughie. we spend most nights sitting around the house, me with a glass of wine and him with a beer. so no kissing on movie night til he brushes his teeth? hahaha. but ive gotta do what ive gotta do. thanks for the response!
  3. thanks so much for replying. im googling to try to find another pitcher but no luck so far, i may call the manufacturer and see. is there a way to extra clean the pitcher until i get another one? i have a smoothie everyday for breakfast and so does my man lol. i think i will get another cutting board as well

  5. hi! dont give up! it sucks and is emotionally so hard at first, but you will get used to it fast what worked for me wasn't trying to replace EVERYTHING with the gluten free "version" (like gluten free bread), but focussing on naturally gluten free foods. i eat a lot of stir fried veggies with rice noodles, indian curries with rice, etc. you dont need...
