  1. I have had good success with not cooking the noodles and adding about 1/2 cup of water to the sauce. I also cover the lasagna for most of the cooking.
  2. I am curious about what you decided to do. My daughter (age 12) was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and celiac over a year and a half ago. Her TTG IGA level was 78 when they originally screened her followed by an endoscope procedure to confirm diagnosis. A year later they repeated the blood test and her TTG IGA was 74.   3. I am very sorry to hear about your situation. I am very interested to hear what you find out because my daughter is having a similar problem. After we have carefully had her follow a gluten free diet for a year, her latest blood tests showed no change in antibody levels. We are trying to decide what our next step is. I really don't want to have her go...
