It sounds like the gluten free issue is just the tip of the iceberg for this trip! In fact, that would be the least of my worries as most grocery stores, at least in large communities, have a gluten free aisle. And even if they didn't, there are gluten free options throughout the store, you just need to plan out what he would get. But the vagueness of everything... -

When my son was diagnosed the dr. said that syptoms can be a wide variety of things...not jsut gi issues. The weird thing is my son has always been a bed wetter, but since being on a gluten free diet, he has been dry every night since. The doctor, even though he has never seen bed wetting as a symptom, thinks that it certainly is in our case! So, basically... -

My son (10) was just diagnosed a month ago and we are planning to go to Disney World in February. Has anyone taken their children to Disney World and if so how did you manage the gluten free part of the trip. Did you eat at the restaurants there? If so where? Did you pack meals and bring them with you? Did you bring snacks just to get you by? Any advice you...
