About Me
I am currently an ESL teacher in Japan. I have a degree in Anthropology specializing in prehistoric Japan(Jomon/yayoi/kofun) and modern Japanese sexuality and purification rituals. I'm not a big fan of celiac disease, but I am a big fan of living life well, so no gluten for me! I am as diagnosed as you can get, endoscopy, genetic test, the whole works.

I have experienced the same kind of things! I am 100% gluten free, diagnosed celiac, but I was still feeling very ill, so I thought maybe some secret gluten was sneaking in.
