Sweetfudge - Miss Pizza no more!!! Pier 49 Pizza in Salt Lake City (248 South Main Street) has a wheat free gluten free crust you can choose. I had it for the first time Friday night and its EXCELLENT! Well worth the drive to Salt Lake for pizza. That is the only Pier 49 Pizza Company that serves the gluten-free crust at this time. -
I was at Sam's Club the other day and ordered a hot dog no bun. The employee proceeded to pull out a bun to put my hot dog on. I repeated to her no bun and even had another employee tell her NO BUN. I was thinking just pick up the dang hot dog, wrap it in tin foil, and give it to me!!! No I am not kidding when I tell you she walked right over to me and handed...

I think I may have some sort of RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome) I am trying to figure out if it only occurs when I am glutened or if it is just another phase of getting older. Does anyone have this problem?

UGH!! I have gotten that one too! I wish there was a way to educate the public a little bit more. I am thinking about renting a billboard for a couple of months. Maybe my picture and a saying something along the lines of I'm Gluten Free - Don't offer me food, just your ear so I can tell you about Celiac Disease. What do ya think?

I have only been gluten-free for 2 weeks now. I am very strick - absolutly no cheating!! I am already sick of people saying so can you eat this, can you eat that, well it doesnt have THAT much wheat in it, dont worry, so like forever? And the worst comment I get over and over again is well, that "diet" you are on sounds healthy! You wont ever have a weight...

I'm new to the gluten free diet and am VERY careful with labels and am still learning. This was a quick fun game to play, thank you!! I did not get 100 % but I did not do that bad either. I learned malt flavoring has gluten in it and didnt know that before. Thank you!!

Tarnalberry - Ha ha yes im out of the parents house. Have been for quite some time now!! Thank you for your suggestions. I think I'm going to try making seared ahi with sauteed vegetables first. Wow that sounds great!!! -

Wow. I was running some errands today wondering if my sob story would even get read. You guys are great! All the input so far is incredible!!! In one day, just one day, I have learned restaurants (and PF Chengs is one of my favs) are now starting to carry gluten free menu items. I have choices for food! I really don't have to cook ALL that often!! WOO... -
