    Thanks eatmeat4good for your input. After watching Food,INC it's very hard for me to consume meat and I can't afford to purchase " free range " beef or game. However, I will keep it in mind. What I'm trying to do is go " bare bones " with my diet to purge, then once I have a good bit of healing under my belt, add gluten-free items to see what happens....
