I would recommend getting the genetic test through Enterolab. It is a cheek swab and costs $149 plus $29 2-day shipping. You can order it yourself online. I thought their report was very easy to understand, unlike some I've read here, and they report all their findings. I was tested by Enterolab as having HLA-DQB1 0202 for both Allelle 1 and Allele 1, which indicates non-celiac gluten sensitivity. When I was a kid, my legs would ache a lot in the evening.
