    Just wondering... I just bought two bags of pamela's flour mix. I already opened one and used for my baking and pancakes. I am wondering if it would be better if i storage both in airtight tupperware or keep it refridgetor? I jsut would hate to see it go wasted if i am not able to use it up quickly...     True bubba's mom, I m scared of get tested since it would turn out negative. I feel much better if i dont eat breads and cake at all. As kid i dont even like breads and cake at all. I alwaxs prefer other foods over sandwiches, pizzas etc. Its like i follows my instinicts without even think about it. I just realized my habits by just read this website...

    I know the difference from be glutened and be on gluten-free diet. I hasnt been tested yet but feel whole better by just not eat anything that have gluten in.     I am now in process of find right clinic and doctors that accepts my insurance and see what kind of tests that insurance would be able to cover. I just would not able to afford expensive testing if my insurance see it as unnesscary testing unless i go to ER for issues and request for it. I just have to take steps but I am still eating some gluten...
