Ive found Udis bread unfrozen at both Trader Joes and at a local health food store. Im not sure how long it lasts fresh though bc I eat it within a weeks time.

I also had a caesar salad out for lunch and got horribly sick from it. I assumed it was the dressing. Im learning to NOT trust anything or anyone unless I prepared it myself. -
Interesting bc I had an iced one yesterday and appeared to be about 5 months pregnant about 15 min after drinking it, and then had awful gas ?

I am in need of desperate help! For several yrs now I have been having what I now consider "reactions" to gluten. I never thought I could have Celiacs.
