  1. Hey Spitfire! Yes, I'm definitely into fitness. Weightlifting (more of the powerlifting type- but starting to get into olympic lifting) is my first love, but lately I've started running and biking a little. In answer to your question about whether it helps my symptoms, the answer is yes and no. I was lifting really heavy when my symptoms were at...
  2. I had terrible acid reflux before going gluten-free and now it's virtually gone. Some fruits and veggies can trigger it, but not like it was before. I am also lactose intolerant. I was fine up until a few years ago when all my symptoms appeared. Lactose intolerance was one of the first of many symptoms. After 3 months gluten-free I've noticed it's a little...

Even now they only give me...

I've been gluten free for about 8 weeks now and am feeling a lot better- my symptoms have decreased in severity a great deal. However... During those three years the types of foods...
  7. I am a self- diagnosed gluten intolerant/ celiac. I tested negative for celiac disease on the blood test recently and the doctors would not do an endoscopy despite all my symptoms pointed to celiac disease (gas, bloat, chronic diarrhea, bruising, fatigue, lactose and other carbohydrate intolerances, just to name a few). I have not had a good experience with...
