Update: We heard back about the biopsies and my 9 year old girl (the one with no symptoms but a number in the 50's on the celiac screen) came back as a positive for celiac. My 10 year old son, though, (with a 28 on his celiac screen) came back as having inflammation in the gut, but not caused by lymphocytes, which is apparently the thing you need...
