  1. check out a web page called FODMAPFUN, until i found that web page FodMap stuff was a pain, mystery, and confusing. Good luck, and at minimum, as stated above, if you know that meat, veggies and fruit are safe and do not bother go, stay with it.
  2. A little - i have a thread about being gluten-free for 1 year and my 8 year old is still testing possitive for Gluten & the GI says she is getting it someplace. We did not go crazy with the house. We would use 2 seperate racks on our toaster oven, one gluten, one not, if anyone did not know - they were to wash one. Stuff like that. Everyone questioned...

I have only found really expensive ones - $40/3 (i think) Thanks above pricklypear - for the articles, we originaly did not want to freak out and replace all stuff in house - but that is where we are now - I like the celiac elemination diet - we eat pretty healthfully so this shouldn't be too terrible

  8. 2 children newly Celiac - right before Easter 2012 my 7 yr old daughter started to throw up all food. after a few weeks we figured out the issue but symptoms are iffy. Older son doing fine on diet.

All 3 of us are following Dairy Free Gluten Free diet.

all my tests are negative even with over 20 years of IBS. The gluten-free diet is making me BLOAT horribly.
