  5. When I use Ener-G Egg Replacer in my baking I always add 1 tablespoon of the dry Egg Replacer per egg needed directly to the dry ingredient mix. I do not add any additional water or pre-make the "egg" mixture. Its really not necessary. This works well for recipes calling for eggs to use as leaveners and not binders.
