  1. I can't explain everything but I do know my body reacts more or less violently to different types of gluten. I am not sure of all of them but soy dosn't usually bother me too much. Wheat and barley will have me laid up for days.
  2. Me to. Thats why I asked about it. One vitamin with probiotics, digestive enzymes and extra vitamins and lipids for ciliac deficiencies in one pill. I would like to know what you use cuz this gluten free organic diet is expensive.

  4. I have been gluten free (baring a couple of oops moments) and at first I was tired. I found out part of my problem was sleep apnea. Which was wierd to me but cpap helped. I forced myself back to exercise and over the last two months I feel better than I have in years. I was exercising before I found out my problems but now I feel better than I did then...
  5. Has anyone tried it and what has been your results? Do you feel it has helped?
  6. I look back and see that I was sensitive to gluten for a long time before I had an "episode." Then I couldnt figure it out for a while and when I did I really didn't know what I should or shouldn't have. I am still learning but I pay for my mistakes now more than when I didn't even know. Silly how that works.
  7. Thank you. I didn't know there was more to the panel. The doctor took a biopsy but said the results are "negative" whatever that means. I didn't do Paleo for gluten free but more for eliminating alot out of my diet. I have begun adding things to my diet one at a time to see if I could figure out exactly what it is. I think I just wanna stay away from...
  8. Oh and I am a 42 year old Male. No other conditions are known. Familly history of heart disease. I have high cholesterol but other than that I am healthy.

  10. I have negative test results from my labs and from endoscopy but I get all the symptoms when I eat anything with gluten. Certain foods react more quickly than others but all do evoke a GI reaction and many times with palpitations and general swelling and sometimes general edema. I am not sure what to do.
