Thank you so very much, I will definitely check it out! My son was operated on at 10 days old, he had malrotation (intestines and bowel were twisted) and from what I have been reading it sounds as if this gluten intolerance probably came from that....not sure why he is allergic to all the other stuff, but were dealing with it best we can and all the advice... -

Hi, Thanks for the advice. I knew glutamine was an amino acid, but just confused whether is derived from gluten. I have all these papers to read and one says if you have gluten intolerance to stay away and then the other says it is safe. This is all new to me and very overwhelming. I deeply appreciate your response. Thank you. -

Neocate Jr. has L-Glutamine in it. I have read that glutamine is ok and then I have read that glutamine is not ok. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My son is 10 months old and allergic to wheat, gluten, beef, dairy, soy, casein, eggs, egg whites...etc.....
