I have a double problem....today is the first day of my Celiac gluten-free diet and I was also diagnosed with diabetes in May. So, I am not allowed many of the gluten-free foods either because of the sugar. I have spent this entire day at the computer researching the gluten-free way of life. I am getting conflicting information from different sources...
