i cant have gluten, dairy or fructose according to my gi doc.... i was wondeing what hot dogs are gluten-free df and hfcs free... also what spaghetti sauce can i have?

i have no clue whats going on.I have been gluten free for 6 years now . but i have been having the same symptoms i get when i have gluten the diarrhea, vomiting, stomach ache, gas, nasal congestion, . my doctor told me to do a food diary for a week so i did. according to my food diary dairy was the issue so she told me to cut out dairy 30 days and then... -
i am in the same boat you guys are in. im 18 and my weight hasnt really changed since i started this diet a year ago. i am 91 lbs it goes from 94 to 91 in that area. the only time ive weighed 98- 100 was when i ate alot that day.
