    Well...I think I gave my diet a fair enough chance....I restricted enough foods....I did enough to know that I wasnt getting anywhere near where I should be based on my efforts with diet and treatment.     First of all...I never said anything about getting rid of candida in a day. I said those people are NEVER getting rid of their candida. Candida IS easily dealt with when the problem causing it is identified and treated. That is the only way to easily and effectively rid yourself of candida...identify the cause.     Mine is the same...organic medium light roast...."O Organics" brand. The white bag...its probably the same coffee as yours. Its Safeway brand coffee.     All you can do is take the stuff to help your body detox it before it settles into your body. Take the charcoal, Vit C, whey,....dont take too much of anything though...just make sure there is always something in your system to help absorb the mercury. Have you tried the chlorella?? This would be a good time to try it if you havent...dont take alot though...

    Susan...me too....major sunflower seed addict. I would get seeds in my Easter basket or in my stocking at Xmas. I NEVER was without a bag of Davids sunflower seeds. I dont think I ever tried Art's....maybe though...do they come in the long skinny bag?? I cant have seeds now...it totally sucks but they're way too moldy for me. I'm gonna try...

    Carla...OMG...I love my mew cookware. You guys wont even believe this but....I can eat as many eggs as I want now!!! I get ZERO reaction from eggs. I remember toward the beginning of this thread I was feeling pretty strongly that my reactions come from chemicals naturally occurring in the food....or some kind of "impurities" on the food.....

    ....even acid reflux can be caused by Lyme.....basically any symptoms can be attributed to Lyme because the infection can affect any and all body systems.
