    I'm new to this, so I don't know much about celiac yet. I do know that gluten can pass into your breastmilk. My son is on a gluten free diet and because I am breastfeeding I have to be gluten free also. I do think that if your son has celiac disease the gluten in your breastmilk could affect him.     Thank you for the fast responses. He does not drink cow's milk. He never has. He had yogurt once and had a bad allergic reaction.     Thank you frieze. I did figure it out. I think I just needed to take a break and look at it again. It does look like he has DQ2.5 and a DQ4 which the DQA1*0401, DQB1*0402 is associated with. He has been on a gluten free diet for a week now and I already see some improvement!
