  1. I'm not a huge drinker. Every now and then I go to Happy Hour with some co-workers at our local tavern. But now.. what can I drink? I'm a Vodka mixer or Rum type of girl. I figured that Tequila would still be drinkable as that is made from Agave plant. Anyone have any tips or ideas as to what I can drink for a Happy Hour outing? I already know...
  2. i'm quite fond of 2 poached eggs on Homemade gluten-free Toast in the mornings, and those are plenty warm to heat up during the cold winter months I've recently been trying to have a little bit of the BRM gluten-free Quick Cook oats, but am having a little issue with them.   3. I'm with you-- I can't tolerate regular vitamin's and being Anemic I need the extra iron as well. I'm going to take your suggestions and see what I can find. I'll let you know that I find out, but thank you for sharing i've been meaning to pick up some vitamins. I used to take the centrum chewables, they were orange, not sure if the gluten factor as that...

  5. I saw this and went out to Wegman's and Purchased Bob's Red Mill gluten-free oatmeal. I ate it.. I had a slight reaction.. And I didn't think I was hyper sensitive. I'm sad because I love oatmeal too.
