    Yes I know the reason why we were given no visitation is because they are afraid we will send phsychological message to the kids and they will act sick.     We have gone to court, they DENIED any visitation, the also took a order of protection against us. They took both my kids, at 11 am on Sunday morning CPS came in my house without a search warrant, no signed papers or court order.     Do you have contacts there that might be able to help me? What I would be interested in is seeing if he could review my sons records and reviewing his sy,ptoms to see if he can make diagnosis and call for a court order to have andrew tested. By looking at his curricular vitae he is extremly experinced and would be able to classify as expert witness.

    Nothing is free especially in NY we have already paid out over 30,000 for our defense. This includes retainer fee for 2 expert witness in psychological feild. My attorney said he would love for a medical dr to review the records and give a answer but there is NONE.     This is good the only thing I was told not to do letters or anyhting in writting becasue they will send it to court and will be used against me. I dont know how but the other girl that went through this her friend sent letter to congressman and it showed up in the court room and not in a good way.

    I know, I just want to make sure all the information and support is there to ensure a positive outcome instead of negative. I dont want to risk loosing my children forever, although that is what this dr is trying to acomplish anyway so what do I have to lose. I love this vocal Bunch of Celiacs..

    I know what you are saying,, I have not been able to stop the tears since I began reading the overwhelming support here. My God when will these people open there eyes.     Yes I know,, They even claim my son was in 50% for weight, but on dr's reports they plotted him and 10-25% weight. WHich I know isnt terrable but his height he is 75% so we have a long skinny boy. All reports show very thin no body fat and some other long term I dont remember.
