I have my follow up appt next Thursday with the GI. I haven't gotten to talk to her since I got the biopsy results (recorded message) and a message from the nurse saying "you have celiac sprue, continue your gluten free diet, but be strict". Thanks for asking this. I was wondering the same thing. We get beef from my grandparents that is grass fed and grain finished. I didn't think it would make a difference, but you never know! -
