Not eating much, honestly. Oatmeal, gluten free cereals, fruit, and vegetables, pretty much. I guess my gastroenterologist is pretty ignorant seeing as I told him how long I haven't been eating gluten and he did the tests anyway. :/ I'll try the challenge. Thanks! -
