  1. Hi everyone, I have been suffering for about 12 years and am really hoping that celiac is the cause, so I can know how to fix my problems. I just tested myself and these are my results. I did two 4 day water only fasts (one ended only two days before I tested) and have reduced my gluten intake with a "whole food plant based diet" over the last few...
  2. Congrats, way to go on the find
  3. I eat both, they don't give me problems
  4. I have a swollen lymph node behind my ear. I don't know how long it's been there. I think a couple of years. I don't know what's wrong with me tho. I suspect a dairy allergy. My enterolab results will be coming back within 10 days. I hate waiting for so long!
  5. Black coffee = wide awake and alert morning Coffee with creamer = tired, groggy, and a headache Anyone else notice these symptoms? I always thought coffee just didnt do anything to me. I used to even drink coffee and go to sleep at night, but I'm pretty sure it was just dairy! It must be a pretty strong reaction to overcome coffee. I feel like I've...
  6. Pregnancy could definitely be the cause of your symptoms. You should get checked out by a doctor...jk. Congratulations!!!!
  7. I believe the most common causes of thinning hair is a sign of either genetics, nutritional deficiencies, or stress. Since you suddenly are depriving your body of all dairy, gluten, and eggs then maybe you are nutrient deficient? Hair is the first thing to go when you are lacking vital nutrients. My suggestion is to take a vitamin for your hair. I use one...
  8. I received the biocard home kit tests today. The first test looked like a negative, but then I looked closer and there is the faintest line that is barely distinguishable. I tested myself again and the second one came up negative, but that might have been because there was more blood in the sample (i didnt follow the directions exactly on this one) and it...
  9. Flatulance from lactose has gone down after reincorporating gluten into my diet but not like before.
  10. How many of you had lactose intolerance kick up after going gluten free? Does anyone know the medical answer to why this happens? Is it indicative of a gluten sensitivity or celiacs disease if other food allergies start after going gluten free?
  11. That's alright, I only just came back to the idea that my problems can be caused by celiacs disease because my sister said she doesn't eat gluten because it makes her feel sick. I tried going gluten free before and reading up and researching on here, but I don't think I did the diet properly. I cancelled my amazon order for the biocard test and ordered it...
  12. Thanks, the lactose intolerance really came on strong. And not only that, I feel sick and tired now when I eat. I'm not sure if it's because of dairy or wheat right now. Through this experience I've been able to recognize symptoms that I hadn't before directly after meals. For example, subtle symptoms like a slight pinching pain in my stomach, headaches,...
  13. Has anyone used the product called "Genesure"? It's supposedly 99% accurate and tests your DNA via cheek swab for celiacs disease. Open Original Shared Link
  14. I was hoping somebody would be willing to help me out. I've decided to stop going gluten free until properly tested for celiac disease. I found that after going gluten free I couldn't eat dairy without having serious bouts of gas. I don't really know why that happens when it didn't before. I used to be able to eat ice cream just fine. After eating good old...
