I think the main benefit of the dehydrator is that is doesn't eliminate any of the nutrients so it is like eating the food raw.   7. Generally when a restaurant has a gluten free crust it is already on a pan from the manufacturer of the crust. This would be something that you can confirm. Also, like most fast food places, there are people with certain areas of production. Workers who make dough would not likely be putting the toppings on the pizza.
